Learn How to Uncover the "Why" Behind Your Glucose Patterns

You don't have to be a maths or technology expert, you just need to learn how to spot the clues. Join the Priority List to be among the first to hear when this NEW WORKSHOP opens.

Are you ready to discover:
  • 🔍 How food, physical activity, hormones and insulin interact to shape your glucose responses.

🔍 Why you might eat the same food and do the same things, but see completely different glucose patterns on different days.

🔍 What may be contributing to your glucose rising so quickly or staying high for a long time.

🔍 Why you may feel that you have to eat before bed or between meals just to prevent a low.

🔍 Why your glucose may respond differently to different types of exercise, and how you can learn from your own patterns to support your training.

NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Zhuoshi Zhang

MDiet, PhD, NZRD

Glucose data holds clues about how your body responds to meals, physical activity and insulin. For over 13 years, I’ve been working with people living with type 1 diabetes, LADA, type 3c and other forms of diabetes that require insulin. Through years of consultations, I realised that most people were not coming to diabetes clinics for another lesson. They were looking for answers. They wanted to know why their glucose behaved the way it did, what they could do differently to protect their health, and how they could get on with living their lives.

Your glucose levels are affected not only by insulin, but also by food, drink, physical activity, stress, illness, hormones and many other factors. These effects may show patterns. They may also vary from person to person and from day to day. How much harder would it be to know what to do next and what to discuss with your diabetes care team when you’re unsure how these factors affect you personally?

Your diabetes clinicians bring expertise in evidence-based diabetes treatment. And you are the expert on your own life. No one understands how you feel and what’s happening in your life at that time better than you do.

That’s why I created the Glucose Decoding Workshop. It teaches you, step by step, how to explore your glucose patterns and the factors that may be influencing them.

There may be weeks or months until your next diabetes appointment. The things you notice along the way can bring valuable insights to your next discussion with your diabetes clinicians.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to become a curious detective of your own glucose data, ask better questions, and use what you discover to make more informed decisions with your diabetes care team.

Perhaps you’ve been living with diabetes for years, or maybe you were diagnosed recently. If you’ve been looking at your glucose numbers and wondering, “Why is this happening?”, I warmly invite you to join the priority list and be among the first to hear when registration opens.

I look forward to guiding you on a curious and exciting journey of self-discovery and helping you build confidence in understanding your glucose story.
